The first month

Cancel within 14 days of the first charge and it is refunded in full — no form to fill in, reply to the Stripe receipt.

After the first month

Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, and you keep access to the end of the paid period. Cancel any time from Stripe or by email; there is no notice period and no exit fee.

If the service fails you

If a snapshot that the app showed as captured cannot be exported, or its digest does not recompute, write to us and we refund the current month in full. That is a promise about the failure mode this product exists to prevent.

How to cancel

Reply to any Stripe receipt, or email support@brokerdiligence.app from the account address. Your export stays available for 30 days after the paid period ends.
